After assuming his role as the Head of Tec de Monterrey's first Visual Design Program, Homero was entrusted with generating and coordinating a specialized laboratory dedicated to developing projects for visual design students. This innovative space, named Visual Design Lab, stands as the first of its kind nationally, entirely devoted to fostering creative projects in visual design.
Designed by Homero and inspired by the Digital Bauhaus Lab in Weimar, Germany, the lab remains an active hub, offering students the opportunity to delve into both analog and digital realms, including virtual reality (VR). This venture, backed by the Design Department of Tec de Monterrey, reflects a significant investment in the future of design education.
Special thanks to all the colleagues, designers, and students that I have collaborated with over the years; your support and friendship is invaluable.
